Re-creates the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission to continue until July 1, 2013, under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Commission shall consist of seven members: five licensed real estate brokers with at least five years' active experience, one lay person not in real estate, and one active representative of an approved Oklahoma real estate school.

All commission members must be United States citizens and Oklahoma residents for at least three years prior to appointment.

No more than two members may be appointed from the same congressional district, with provisions for adjustments when districts are redrawn.

Amends 59 O.S. 2001, Section 858-201 regarding regulation and licensure of real estate brokers in Oklahoma.
