Extends the termination date for eight statutory entities from July 1, 2009 to July 1, 2013, including the State Board of Cosmetology, State Barber Advisory Board, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, Scenic Rivers Commission, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advisory Council, State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, and Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness Board

Removes the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Advisory Board and Ottawa Reclamation Authority from the 2009 termination list

Adds the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Advisory Board to the July 1, 2010 termination list, which also includes boards for engineers, accountants, architects, funeral services, long-term care facilities, marginal oil/gas wells, and minority teacher recruitment

Updates statutory references to reflect name changes for the Scenic Rivers Commission, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advisory Council, State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and Board of Governors of Licensed Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers
