Amends 21 O.S. Section 13.1 to add "home invasion" as the 21st offense requiring convicted persons to serve a minimum of 85% of their sentence before parole eligibility.

Defines home invasion as two or more armed persons entering a dwelling with intent to commit a crime by forcibly breaking in, using false keys/lock picking, or unlocking/opening doors or windows while occupants are present.

Classifies home invasion as a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than 10 years nor more than 20 years in the Department of Corrections.

Persons convicted of home invasion are ineligible for earned credits or other sentence-reducing credits, requiring them to serve the full minimum 85% of their sentence.
