HB 1174 - Oklahoma House of Representatives Appropriation

• Appropriates funds to the Oklahoma House of Representatives for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 to cover monthly salaries, per diem, and expenses of House members and employees.

• Covers contingent expenses including preparation and printing of House journals, calendars, and permanent session records, plus renovation and modification costs for House facilities.

• Claims and payrolls against the appropriation must be approved by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

• Appropriation funds are available for 30 months from the date of approval and are not subject to standard fiscal year limitations.

• Effective July 1, 2009 with emergency clause to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
