Makes an appropriation to the Legislative Service Bureau from the General Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.

The appropriation is not subject to fiscal year limitations and remains available for encumbrance and expenditure for 30 months from the date of approval.

Becomes effective July 1, 2009 with an emergency declaration allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
