Appropriated amount is $0.00, covering personal services (including retirement and insurance), maintenance, operation, travel, supplies, materials, printing, and Senate area renovation.

Appropriation is not subject to fiscal year limitations and remains available for encumbrance and expenditure for 30 months from approval date.

Effective date set for July 1, 2009.

Emergency clause enacted to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
