• Authorizes the Department of Transportation to expend funds from the Transportation Fund during fiscal year 2010 and transfers authorized amounts to the State Highway Construction and Maintenance Fund.

• Appropriates funds to the Department of Transportation from the State Transportation Fund for FY2010 to be expended for highway construction, maintenance, and repair purposes per Title 69, Section 2002 of Oklahoma Statutes.
