Appropriates funds to the Office of Juvenile Affairs for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, with specific budget allocation across categories including Administration, Santa Claus, OJJDP, JAIBG, Residential Services, Nonresidential Services, and Community Youth Services Agencies.
