Increases the threshold for equipment disposal from $250 to $500 in 19 O.S. 2001, Section 1505, requiring county officers to follow formal disposal procedures for equipment originally costing more than $500.

Raises the threshold for equipment entry in county commission meeting minutes from $250 to $500 in 19 O.S. 2001, Section 421, requiring detailed documentation of disposition including description, serial number, acquisition cost, and sale price.

Increases threshold amounts in 19 O.S. 2001, Section 421.1 from $250 to $500 for equipment available as trade-ins and for equipment subject to public sale procedures by county boards.

Maintains existing procedures for county equipment sales including public notice requirements, sealed bid processes, and appraisal methods for determining equipment value.
