Amends Title 29 O.S. 2001, Section 5-405 to extend the furbearer hunting season from December 1 - January 31 to December 1 - the last day of February, both dates inclusive.

Persons taking pelts during the season have 10 working days after the close of season to sell or dispose of pelts or provide written notification to the Department of Wildlife Conservation of intent to hold pelts for later sale.

Preserves existing exemptions allowing killing of furbearers found destroying livestock, poultry, or exotic livestock, and permits running or chasing of fox, bobcat, and raccoon with dogs for sport.

Defines "exotic livestock" as commercially raised animals of families bovidae, cervidae, and antilocapridae, or birds of the ratite group.

Effective date: November 1, 2009.
