Amends 47 O.S. 2001, Section 156.1 to authorize employees of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to use state-owned vehicles for commuting and official duties under specified conditions.

Allows designated employees of the Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to use state vehicles for transportation between residence and workplace, and between residence and other work locations in performance of official duties.

Adds the Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to the list of state agencies whose employees may be permitted state vehicle use, alongside existing agencies such as the Department of Public Safety and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Maintains existing restrictions and reporting requirements, including written designation of employee status by agency administrators and notification to the Governor, legislative leadership, and State Fleet Manager.

Becomes effective November 1, 2009.
