HB 1890 Summary

• Modifies fishing and hunting license exemptions by requiring seniors (64+) to obtain a senior citizen lifetime combination hunting and fishing license instead of automatic exemptions

• Establishes a new senior citizen lifetime combination hunting and fishing license for persons 64 years or older at a fee of $25.00

• Deletes previous exemptions for seniors from deer gun hunting license requirements and other senior-specific exemptions

• Requires purchasers of most lifetime licenses (excluding senior and disability licenses) to purchase a Lifetime Oklahoma Wildlife Land Stamp for $25.00 to support wildlife land acquisition and management

• Repeals the previous Section 4-133 senior citizen lifetime hunting and fishing license and consolidates senior license provisions under Section 4-114
