Authorizes the Aging Services Division of the Department of Human Services to establish, develop, and implement an Aging and Disability Resource Consortium (ADRC) initiative in Oklahoma in collaboration with national, state, and local agencies and community groups.

Designates the Aging Services Division as the lead agency for establishing the ADRC initiative and requires it to collaborate with disability and aging networks to ensure appropriate inclusion.

Authorizes the Aging Services Division to pursue national, state, or local grants to comply with applicable rules and regulations to implement the initiative.

ADRC initiative shall streamline access to long-term support services for elderly and disabled Oklahomans, provide informed decision-making assistance about service options, and form partnerships offering information and resources for long-term support planning.

Effective date: November 1, 2009; codified as Section 3002.1 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
