Changes the termination date of 10 statutory entities from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2014, with powers and duties to be abolished one year thereafter.

Entities scheduled for termination include the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, Oklahoma Accountancy Board, and Board of Governors of Licensed Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers.

Additional entities affected include the Oklahoma Funeral Board, Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board, Commission on Marginally Producing Oil and Gas Wells, and Minority Teacher Recruitment Advisory Committee.

Two additional entities added to the sunset list: Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Advisory Board and Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Advisory Council.

Oklahoma Strategic Military Commission also included in the termination schedule with the extended July 1, 2014 deadline.
