Re-creates the Oklahoma Funeral Board to continue until July 1, 2014, in accordance with Oklahoma's Sunset Law.

Renames the "State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors" to the "Oklahoma Funeral Board" with all statutory references updated accordingly.

Board consists of seven appointed members: five licensed embalmers and funeral directors with at least seven years of active practice in Oklahoma, and two public members (one preferably from healthcare field).

Board members serve five-year terms with a limit of two consecutive terms; Governor appoints members, with input from the Oklahoma Funeral Directors Association for licensed positions.

Public members cannot be licensed funeral directors or embalmers and must have no direct or indirect interest in funeral establishments or related businesses.
