Amends Oklahoma Real Estate License Code (59 O.S. 2001, Section 858-301) to modify exceptions from real estate licensing requirements.

Adds new exception exempting persons or entities managing a transient lodging facility from needing a real estate license.

Defines "transient lodging facility" as a furnished room or suite rented on a daily basis (not as principal residence) for less than thirty days.

Adds exception for resident referral fees of up to $100 paid to apartment/duplex residents who recommend the property to family, friends, or coworkers.

Takes effect July 1, 2010, with emergency clause allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
