Amends 74 O.S. 2001, Section 3921 to establish automatic termination requirements for advisory bodies, task forces, boards, commissions, and councils created after February 1, 1993 that are not codified in Oklahoma Statutes.

Advisory bodies created by bill or joint resolution after February 1, 1993 terminate on the first day of the first regular legislative session of the next Oklahoma Legislature, unless an earlier or later termination date is specified in the creating legislation.

Task forces or similar advisory bodies created by codified law must conduct at least one meeting or issue a final report within three years of becoming effective, or they automatically terminate by operation of law.

Previously created advisory bodies established by simple or concurrent resolution prior to January 1, 1991 are terminated immediately; those created between January 1, 1991 and January 1, 1994 terminate on the first day of the first regular session of the next Oklahoma Legislature.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
