Amends 47 O.S. 2001, Section 2-105 to increase the minimum and maximum age requirements for commissioned officer positions in the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Division and Department of Public Safety

Raises minimum age for commissioned officer positions from 21 years to 23 years and maximum age from 43 years to 46 years

Maintains existing education and experience requirements for commissioned officers, including associate's degree or 62 semester hours for positions before July 1, 2012, and bachelor's degree or equivalent with law enforcement or military experience for positions on or after that date

Communications Division positions retain separate requirements: minimum age of 20 years, high school diploma or GED, and either 6 months dispatcher experience or 15 college semester hours

Effective date: November 1, 2010
