Appropriates $6,600,000 from the Special Cash Fund to the Office of the Governor for transfer to the State Emergency Fund.

Appropriates $8,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Governor for transfer to the State Emergency Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.

Total appropriation of $15,000,000 to be transferred to the State Emergency Fund.

Appropriations are not subject to fiscal year limitations and remain available for encumbrance and expenditure for thirty (30) months from the date of approval.

Emergency clause declared to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
