Appropriates funds to the Oklahoma House of Representatives for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 for salaries, per diem, expenses, and contingent costs

Appropriation covers personal services for members and employees, maintenance and operation costs, travel, supplies, materials, printing, equipment, and House renovation

Funds remain available for 30 months from approval date, not subject to fiscal year limitations

Effective date July 1, 2010 with emergency clause for immediate implementation

Speaker of the House must approve all claims and payrolls against this appropriation
