Appropriates funds to the Legislative Service Bureau from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, to perform duties imposed upon the agency by law.

Appropriation made by this act is not subject to fiscal year limitations and remains available for encumbrance and expenditure for 30 months from the date of approval.

Bill becomes effective July 1, 2010.

Emergency clause declared to preserve public peace, health and safety, allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
