Appropriates funds to the Legislative Service Bureau from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2011 to enable performance of duties imposed by law.

Appropriated funds are not subject to fiscal year limitations and remain available for encumbrance and expenditure for thirty (30) months from the date of approval.

Bill becomes effective July 1, 2010, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval.
