Director of Office of State Finance shall transfer $200,000 from the Drug Money Laundering and Wire Transmitter Revolving Fund (220 Fund) of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control to the Special Cash Fund of the State Treasury.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Special Cash Fund of the State Treasury to the Office of the State Fire Marshal to perform its duties imposed by law.

Declares an emergency, effective immediately upon passage and approval, for preservation of public peace, health and safety.
