Director of the Office of State Finance shall transfer $300,000 from the Drug Money Laundering and Wire Transmitter Revolving Fund (220 Fund) of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control to the Special Cash Fund of the State Treasury.

Appropriates $300,000 to the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training from the Special Cash Fund to perform duties imposed by law.

Bill declared an emergency, effective immediately upon passage and approval.
