Director of the Office of State Finance shall transfer $90,000.00 from the Drug Money Laundering and Wire Transmitter Revolving Fund (220 Fund) of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control to the Special Cash Fund of the State Treasury.

Appropriates $90,000.00 from the Special Cash Fund of the State Treasury to the Board of Medicolegal Investigations to perform its duties imposed by law.

Emergency clause declared effective upon passage and approval due to necessity for preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
