Enacts the "Oklahoma Missing in America Act" to address disposition of unclaimed cremated remains of military veterans in Oklahoma.

Amends cremation laws to allow funeral establishments to transfer unclaimed veteran remains to charitable organizations approved by the Military Department for dignified funeral services at veterans cemeteries.

Requires charitable organizations receiving veteran remains to be listed as tax-exempt under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Discharges funeral establishments from legal obligation or liability upon transferring unclaimed veteran cremated remains to an approved charitable organization.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
