Amends 59 O.S. 2001, Section 328.36 to allow the Board of Dentistry to inspect dental laboratories prior to issuing permits.

Requires dental laboratories to make available to prescribing dentists and the Board: a list of all materials in final appliances, the location where appliances were fabricated (including FDA registration numbers), and descriptions of disinfection methods used.

Exempts licensed dentists' on-site dental labs, physical practices, and CAD/CAM technology from requiring a permit when used solely for the dentist's own patients; however, a permit is required if the dentist provides prostheses to other dentists.

Maintains existing exemptions allowing dentists to own or operate private dental laboratories in their offices without permits unless services are provided to persons other than the dentist.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
