Amends 15 O.S. 2001, Section 245 relating to the repurchase of inventory by suppliers and equipment dealers

Adds a new definition of "single line dealer" as a person or business enterprise that purchases 75% or more of total new product inventory from a single supplier and has total annual average sales volume exceeding $20,000,000 for the previous three years

Excludes "single line dealers" from the definition of "retailer," "equipment dealer," or "equipment dealership" under Oklahoma law

Modifies definitions applicable to Sections 245 through 251 of Title 15, including "actual dealer cost," "dealer agreement," "inventory," "current model," "current net price," and "supplier"

Becomes effective November 1, 2010
