Establishes the Oklahoma Music Trail Act of 2010, designating the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame and Museum as the entity responsible for planning and administration of the trail.

Creates a working group comprising representatives from the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Tourism and Recreation Department, Historical Society, Film and Music Commission, Department of Transportation, and two legislative appointees to develop and promote the trail.

Directs the working group to develop an Oklahoma Music Trail map and brochure, select notable musical sites highlighting musicians born in or significantly associated with Oklahoma, and implement a marker system to commemorate persons and places of musical significance.

Requires marketing and advertising of the trail within Oklahoma, nationally, and internationally through websites, press releases, and artist publicists to promote Oklahoma's musical heritage.

Implementation contingent upon funding availability; effective date November 1, 2010.
