Amends 47 O.S. Section 6-205 to modify mandatory revocation of driving privileges for certain criminal convictions.

Removes drug-related offenses from mandatory revocation requirements, making them subject to revocation periods governed by Section 6-205.1 instead of automatic one-year or three-year revocation periods.

Maintains mandatory one-year revocation for first offenses and three-year revocation for subsequent offenses within five years for non-drug and non-DUI violations.

Establishes six-month first revocation and one-year subsequent revocation periods for failure to pay for gasoline offenses.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
