Amends Oklahoma's Protective Services for Vulnerable Adults Act to allow public disclosure of certain investigative information when a caregiver is criminally charged with causing the death or near death of a vulnerable adult

Defines "near death" as when a vulnerable adult is in serious or critical condition as certified by a physician due to abuse or neglect

Requires the Department of Human Services, district attorney, district court clerk, and judge to release information upon request at least 7 days after criminal charges are filed, including confirmation of reports, investigation summaries, and prior case outcomes

Allows disclosure of previous reports and investigations concerning the victim, other vulnerable adults in the same facility, or involving the same service provider within 3 years before and 1 year after the death or near death

Prohibits disclosure of information that would identify complainants, reporters of abuse, other vulnerable adults in the household/facility, or household members other than the person criminally charged
