Allows the pregnant woman to avert her eyes from the ultrasound images without penalty to her or the physician

Exempts compliance when a medical emergency exists that necessitates immediate abortion to prevent death or substantial, irreversible impairment of a major bodily function

Establishes penalties for violations including civil liability, injunctive relief with escalating fines ($10,000 for first violation up to $100,000+ for subsequent violations), and potential revocation of medical license
