Amends 43 O.S. 2001, Section 110 regarding automatic temporary injunctions in marriage dissolution, annulment, and legal separation cases

Prohibits use of ex parte orders to remove minor children temporarily residing in licensed, certified domestic violence shelters in the state

Automatic temporary injunction becomes effective upon filing and service of petition, restraining both parties from transferring marital property, damaging property, withdrawing from retirement/benefit plans, altering insurance policies, molesting the other party, disrupting children's education, hiding children, and removing children from Oklahoma jurisdiction (except vacations of 2 weeks or less)

Parties may waive the automatic temporary injunction by mutual written agreement with both signatures, or one party may file an objection within 3 days of service and request a hearing
