• Amends 74 O.S. Section 1305.1 to add new requirements for the State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board regarding health insurance claim data reporting.

• Requires the Board to provide data on large health insurance claims (exceeding $10,000) for all health maintenance organizations and preferred provider organizations under its oversight upon request.

• Mandates submission of specific claim data including: premium-to-claims ratios, 24-month paid claims and exposure data by month, and for groups with 100+ employees, large claimant information including diagnosis and exposure per state law.

• Specifies that such data must be provided 100 days prior to renewal of health insurance plans.

• Effective date: November 1, 2010.
