Creates the "Shaken Baby Prevention Education Initiative" and establishes a task force to identify evidence-based models for reducing abusive head trauma (Shaken Baby Syndrome) in infants in Oklahoma

Task force continues until December 31, 2015, with an organizational meeting required by September 1, 2010

Membership includes 11 appointed members from state agencies, medical associations, and child advocacy organizations, including representatives from the State Department of Health, Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Hospital Association, and various medical specialties

Task force must submit annual reports on evidence-based models and statewide implementation recommendations to the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President Pro Tempore of the Senate beginning December 31, 2011

Staff support provided by the State Department of Health; members receive no compensation; effective date July 1, 2010, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage
