Requires sex offenders to register and provide electronic mail addresses, instant messages, chat names, and other Internet communication identities used for social networking or Internet communication.

Expands sex offender registration information collected by the Department of Corrections to include mappable addresses with zip codes and updated electronic communication information.

Authorizes the Department of Corrections to release sex offender registration information to Internet entities upon request to enable them to prescreen or remove offenders from services, with monthly updates and potential fees charged to those entities.

Requires sentencing courts to mandate sex offenders register any electronic mail addresses and Internet communication identities, and prohibits courts from waiving sex offender registration requirements.

Effective November 1, 2010.
