Amends 6 O.S. 2001, Section 2206 (Financial Privacy Act) to modify fees that financial institutions may charge government authorities for assembling and providing financial records.

Increases maximum hourly rate for clerical or technical personnel search and processing costs from $11.00 to $22.00 per hour, computed as $5.50 per quarter hour.

Increases maximum hourly rate for management or supervisory personnel search and processing costs from $17.00 to $30.00 per hour, computed as $7.50 per quarter hour.

Maintains existing reimbursement rates of $0.25 per page for document reproduction and allows actual cost reimbursement for photographs, films, computer tapes, and transportation costs.

Effective November 1, 2010.
