Amends 47 O.S. 2001, Sections 14-105 and 14-107 regarding vehicle loads and definitions relating to motor vehicles.

Exempts trucks loaded with livestock, poultry, hay, or agricultural products from requirements to prevent load escape, provided the truck is constructed to prevent such materials from escaping.

Adds definition of "split tandem axle" as any group of two or more consecutive axles where the center of any two adjacent axles exceeds 95 inches but does not exceed 120 inches.

Adds definition of "nondivisible" load or vehicle as one that if separated would compromise intended use, destroy value, or require more than 8 hours to dismantle using appropriate equipment.

Becomes effective November 1, 2010.
