• Establishes the Task Force for the Study of Lottery and Gaming Revenues with 9 members: 3 appointed by the Governor, 3 appointed by the Speaker of the House, and 3 appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.

• Task Force must submit a final written report with findings and recommendations to the Governor, Speaker, and President Pro Tempore by December 31, 2010.

• Task Force automatically terminates effective January 1, 2011; bill is declared an emergency and takes effect immediately upon passage and approval.
