Amends 22 O.S. 2001, Section 471.6 relating to the Oklahoma Drug Court Act to authorize extension of the supervision period following completion of active treatment

Active treatment portion of drug court program shall be 6-24 months, followed by 6 months to 1 year supervision, with court authorization to extend supervision up to an additional 6 months

No treatment dollars may be expended during extended supervision periods; drug court judge, district attorney, defense attorney, and supervising staff must evaluate appropriateness of continued supervision quarterly if extended

Drug court program participants who have not fully paid all court-ordered costs and fees shall not be counted as active participants for contract or program number purposes
