Declares The Glenpool Project, a collaboration between Glenpool Public School District, Tulsa Community College, and the City of Glenpool, to be in the best interest of Oklahoma citizens and the nation.

Establishes that the project will colocate a community college facility with an early college/high school program, allowing high school students to earn college credits up to an associate degree while completing secondary education.

Recognizes the project will benefit first-generation college students and a substantial number of Native American students in the region served by Tulsa Community College.

Directs the Speaker of the House to distribute copies of the resolution to the President of the United States, U.S. Congressional leadership, and all state legislative leaders upon passage.

Encourages Congress to provide unqualified endorsement and support to The Glenpool Project.
