Recognizes the 75th anniversary of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) formation in 2010 and congratulates the organization on this milestone.

Commends the NRCS, its employees, and state and local partners for their outstanding work and service to Oklahoma and its people, economy, and environment.

Acknowledges the NRCS's role in helping Oklahoma recover from the Dust Bowl of the 1930s through voluntary, locally-led conservation programs that protected natural resources while respecting private property rights.

Directs distribution of the resolution to President Barack Obama, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, NRCS Chief Dave White, and each member of the Oklahoma Congressional delegation.
