Proposes amendment to Section 20 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution to allow the Legislature to use state tax revenue for county roads and bridges.

Permits state tax monies to pay for construction, improvement, or maintenance of county roads and bridges, whether financed directly or through borrowed money.

Allows state funds to cover principal and interest payments on debt incurred to finance county road and bridge projects.

Requires the Chief Clerk of the House to file the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.

Includes ballot title for public referendum on the constitutional amendment, with voting options for approval or rejection of the proposal.
