Legislature waives the thirty-legislative-day review period for permanent rule OAC 770:10-1-4 adopted by the War Veterans Commission on April 26, 2010.

Rule OAC 770:10-1-4 is determined to be consistent with legislative intent and public policy of Oklahoma.

Secretary of State is directed to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs, and the editor of The Oklahoma Register.

Waiver allows the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs to implement the permanent rule without waiting for the standard thirty-legislative-day legislative review period.
