Disapproves permanent rules OAC 595:35-1-4 and OAC 595:35-1-6 of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, finally adopted on March 31, 2010, as not reflecting legislative intent.

Authorizes the Legislature to disapprove administrative rules under Sections 250.2 and 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety, and the editor of The Oklahoma Register.

Relates to rules governing motor carrier safety and hazardous materials transportation in intrastate and interstate commerce under authority granted to the Department of Public Safety Commissioner.
