Authorizes the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to sell a 2.02-acre tract of land located in the NW/4 of Section 24, Township 12 North, Range 3 West in Oklahoma County, on or after September 1, 2009.

Sale must be conducted through public auction or sealed bids in compliance with Section 129.4 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Directs the OSBI to transfer all monies received from the property sale to the OSBI Revolving Fund established by Section 150.19a of Title 74.

Becomes effective July 1, 2009, with an emergency declaration allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
