Amends Section 199.14 of Oklahoma Statutes to increase fees charged by the State Board of Cosmetology for various licenses and services.

Raises registration fee for apprentices/students from $5.00 to $25.00 and examination fees for Manicurist, Operator, Instructor, or Facial Operator licenses from $15.00 to $75.00.

Maintains existing renewal fees for salon and individual licenses, including $25.00-$30.00 annual fees for various operator, instructor, and technician licenses.

Effective July 1, 2010, with emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
