Amends Oklahoma insurance law (36 O.S. 2001, Section 1204) to add a new prohibition against bad faith cancellation practices by insurers issuing health benefit plans.

Prohibits insurers from setting cancellation goals, quotas, or targets; paying compensation based on number of cancellations; or conditioning employment on achieving cancellation volumes.

Prohibits setting performance standards for employees or contractors based on the number or volume of cancellations.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
