Amends Oklahoma anti-discrimination statutes (25 O.S. 2001, Sections 1301-1901) to explicitly include autism spectrum disorders in the definition of disability/handicap for employment and housing discrimination protections

Updates terminology throughout the statutes, replacing "handicapped person" with "person with a disability" and "handicap" with "disability"

Modernizes gendered language by adding "or her" and "or she" to existing "him" and "he" references, and changing "salesman" to "salesperson"

Applies to employers with 15 or more employees, employment agencies, labor organizations, and housing providers under Oklahoma Human Rights Commission jurisdiction

Effective date: November 1, 2010
