Amends 43 O.S. 2001, Section 112 to prohibit courts from entering an order modifying an existing custody order when a custodial parent is separated from a child due to military service until after the parent completes their term of duty.

Defines "military service" for active duty members as combat deployment, contingency operation, or natural disaster requiring orders without family accompaniment.

Defines "military service" for National Guard members as service under active duty call by the President or Secretary of Defense for more than 30 consecutive days under 32 U.S.C. 502(f) for national emergencies, including authorized absences.

Becomes effective July 1, 2010, with an emergency declaration allowing immediate passage and approval.
